I could not rate our experience with Haus more highly. Our decision to go with them for our sale happened almost by chance, passing a post outside a house but I’m so relieved we did! From our initial meeting communication throughout the process was outstanding. We had a high number of viewings and offers, resulting in a sale after just two weeks. Haus have a unique platform (portal) to allow you to monitor all aspects of the sale process from viewings to offers; which was fantastic. This was complimented by our agent; Olivia’s exceptional support throughout. When we hit some issues with the chain she was always several steps ahead and liaising with the buyers, agents and solicitors to ensure we were always up to date and providing essential advice. Less than 100 days from marketing our house to picking up the keys for the new one! What a fantastic and well advised service we have recently received from Haus. From sale price to negotiations and even helping advise on a purchase despite it being with a different agent. Nothing was too much trouble, we did not have to chase the sale once, the online portal kept us fully up to date with regular telephone updates also received. It really was a win win situation for all concerned and hopefully our buyers are as happy in their new home as we are in ours. Very friendly staff but we would look elsewhere to manage a letting. We went for the comprehensive package (the most expensive we found in Sheffield) as we were abroad and needed to be very hands off. Unfortunately, we found the support provided was below par, both for the tenants (eg waiting months in winter to send a tradesperson to look at a heating fault) and ourselves (eg around the deposit return negotiations, deducting from our monthly payment for work we didn’t know had been completed). Would definitely expect to get the same or better service elsewhere, and for cheaper.

Very professional, personable and exceptional value for money. I feel the added value created by using Haus far outweighs the fees payable. I was impressed with every aspect of the sales process from the marketing of the property to the day of completion. Haus certainly went the extra mile in helping achieve a price that we were happy with with a buyer that suited our situation. The portal that they use to upload pending viewings with viewers feedback is a great tool for information purposes, but the team are always on hand should you need a phone call. I had initially marketed with Haus the previous year but the house i was trying to buy got purchased by another buyer so decided not to sell. When i decided to sell this year i had no hesitation about contacting Haus to sell. I will be recommending to friends and family who decide to sell.
