Since buying and selling houses is an outcome driven process, the ideal estate agents are those who make the process as smooth and quick as possible. Haus have fulfilled this brief perfectly. Their combination of online accessibility and detailed local knowledge position them as an ideal balance between modern and traditional estate agents. Despite my house sale having a few bumpy moments, the friendly and efficient team at Haus have ironed out problems before they became significant, and have helped make this the easiest experience of moving house that I have had in the past 30 years. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Haus to anyone selling property in the Sheffield area.

We cannot recommend Haus enough, they have been flawless. We were originally listed through another estate agent and had a horrendous experience, we were sat on the market for two months with little interest and were constantly chasing them for updates. On the recommendation of a friend who had just sold her house through Haus, we decided to switch. My only regret is that we didn’t do this sooner. From the outset Haus were professional, friendly and proactive. They were so easy to reach, were more than happy to address any questions we had and made the process of switching to them so easy. Once we were back on the market we immediately had a lot of interest due to their excellent marketing skills and knowledge of the buying appetite in our area. Their portal system is fantastic, we could check how many viewings were booked and what the viewers’ feedback was at all times and were kept fully up to date. One of the things I really appreciated about Haus is the size of their team, big enough that they have a wealth of experience and knowledge but small enough that the communication between colleagues was excellent, and when we called no matter who we got through to they knew about our property and were happy to help if our agent wasn't immediately available. We were only on the market for two weeks before we accepted an offer at the price we were after, and in this time had 16 viewings and 4 bidders. Needless to say we were very impressed! We would recommend Haus to anyone, and wouldn’t dream of using anyone else in the future. They have restored our faith in estate agents!

A sturdy lighthouse in a dark and stormy sea! That’s the best analogy I could think of...sorry! We all know that selling a house is a stressful time so when you’re feeling low it’s good to know someone is on your side. Haus have been amazing agents, not only finding us a lovely buyer but also by being a sounding board for my ramblings, a calming influence and a dedicated problem solver. Particular mention goes to Olivia. She had been brilliant at getting things done and communicating every step of the way until today’s completion. We felt so much better having her on our side. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wow! What a fantastic service. (I’d give 6 stars if I could) After recently completing on our sale through the fabulous Haus team, we couldn’t be happier. From the valuation, to the viewings all the way through to the sale, David, Heather & Co were great at keeping in touch through the online portal, and were on hand to speak to us not only during working hours but also evenings and weekends, we felt like their only clients!! We were in a chain with a few complications along the way too, so it wasn’t a smooth sale for them. My husband and I would recommend them to everyone. They’re second to none! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

If I could give Haus 6 stars I would! They have given an outstanding service throughout the process of selling our home. Ian, Heather, David and Jo have kept us fully informed at all times throughout the process. Haus work outside of many other Estate Agents operating hours, which i believe to be one of the reasons we managed to secure such a speedy sale of our home, above asking price! During the viewings, many of the potential buyers commented on the fantastic service they had had from Haus when they called to enquire about the property. This was reassuring for us and reaffirmed we made the right decision to go with Haus.
