GoogleI have never left a negative review before, if I have had a problem in the past a quick chat with whom I was dealing with would have sufficed. I feel that people need to know how unprofessional this branch is. The lack of communication or the lack of truth was unbelievable. This company really need to train their staff to have a good telephone manner and treat people with respect. After a very general/pleasant enquiry I do not want the answer "I dunno" when I asked them to please find out, the answer was "the person who is dealing with your purchase is not in today" . If you want to find out how your sale or purchase is going, you would have more luck tossing a coin, looking in a crystal ball or just guessing like they do.

Was looking for a rental property for a while and finally came across one, enquired online and immediately recieved a phone call from William H Brown. I instantly felt relaxed and at ease whilst talking to Jess. I have had all my questions answered and whilst contacting Jess have had a same day response. GoogleLiz at Scunthorpe WH Brown is a gem. We recently changed letting agents and luckily we came across Liz. She is so proactive and so easy to work with. Our rental income is much more than what we were getting from the other agent.

She was very helpful from the start to the finish; making an offer, getting a lender with a good interest rate, liaising with the vendor's and my solicitors to expedite action. Even if you're just thinking of selling.... give them a call for honest, friendly advise on the housing market and valuations. We decided to used the inhouse mortgage advisor (James) who helped with everything from the sale of our house all the way till post completion.
