GoogleGreat estate agents , have been real helpful and informative so far . All the staff have been friendly, polite and happy to talk through anything you ask, i can't fault them. Espically VIctoria Wright , she has been outstanding and i would highly recommend her to anyone seeking mortgage advice in the future.

GoogleCouldn't fault liz and Louise from start to finish 8days moved in. That's with me not being the easiest to get hold of with being at work and having to do it through email not phone . Excellent service and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a smooth transition in to a home etc. Hope the higher ups know what amazing staff they have .

I would recommend William h brown to everyone who was either looking at renting or buying a house. We have used other easte agents before but William h brown are definitely a cut above the rest.

GoogleWe received a first class service from Jackie Ireland and her colleagues in the Scunthorpe office of William H Brown. Our property rental was always well supported by regular and meaningful contact and always on a timely basis. We were fully informed of every step of the viewings and eventual rental. Prospective tenants were well researched, of good calibre and appropriate for our property. We were therefore very confident that our property rental was being handled in a professional manner for both parties to the transaction. It was a pleasure to deal with Jackie and her colleagues and their outstanding customer service and follow-up on all matters, large or small, is a fine example for this often jaded profession. The professional fees were within the fair market range for a rental property of our type and complexity. Furthermore, based on our previous experience with other Estate Agents over numerous property rentals, the fees from William H Brown represented excellent value taking full account of the levels of service and professional support that we received throughout our dealings with Jackie and her colleagues. We will have no hesitation in continuing to market our future property rentals through William H Brown, Scunthorpe. Well done and many thanks for your kind attention, support and guidance.

After having a few difficulties with obtaining a mortgage at first, despite having a good credit score, I was worried the house sale would fall through. Kerry (mortgage business advisor) for William H Brown in Scunthorpe did an amazing job and turned everything around. I would definitely recommend William H Brown and the team for their service and dedication into getting things done for both the buyer and seller. Very impressed...

GoogleThe reason we decided to sell through William H Brown is Emma Filer. She was the only estate agent who had empathy for the house we were selling. Other estate agents looked at the house in terms of just price. Emma also managed to secure us the best price compared with other estate agents. During the sale we all the staff very helpful and nothing was to much trouble.

GoogleI purchased a property through William H Brown a few years ago which I now rent out. I use the lettings department at William H Brown to manage the property. All staff are very professional, kind and efficient. They recently helped me find a new tenant and has since been overseeing the management by carrying out regular inspections and providing me with reports thereafter. I would definitely recommend their services.
