GooglePlease don't go no where near this company! A total waste of time like to try and sell you things If they can be bothered to call you! They have had my house on the market for over 6 months and in that time I have had to call them to see if anything is happening. Totally unprofessional and not worth paying a penny to

GoogleWorst decision of my life to let my property with this agency. Paid for a fully managed letting service which on several occasions failed to collect monthly rent. On tenancy end failed to return deposit to me even though tenant had clearly broken the terms of the contract and lost the set of management key to finish a year of dreadful service.

GoogleCame to the store today for five past nine in the morning so I could get there early and talk about renting a property. Waited all the way u told half past 9 and still no one opened the store. Disgusting. You advertise to open at 9!!! Great impression. Think I will take my business elsewhere thank you.

GoogleIn managing property they are always polite and helpful and chase up contractors when needed. Some agents in Scunthorpe give you the impression they don't care and can be difficult to get hold of but i've never had these problems with WH Brown. GoogleRequested to view a property and was told they didn't know if it was still on the market. Said they'd check and call me back in a minute. I waited 45 minutes before calling them again to be told that it had been removed. Terrible customer service.
