All the staff at Starkey & Brown have been a pleasure to deal with, they have helped us find the house we have been looking for. Nothing was ever to much trouble, Aimee helped us with any questions we had and always got back to us quickly. Kara met us three times at the property and each time was warm, welcoming and helped us with any quarries we had, nothing was to much trouble she went above and beyond.

I have to say for first time buyers like ourselves, Starkey and brown have been very patient with us. A small hiccup with the AIP documents, so for future buyers a mortgage promise is the same as the AIP. Amazing staff and very informative with the property your viewing. And don't feel that you've been landed with 'need to provide us with this' 'need to provide us with that'. Starkey and brown are with you to support every step of the way. Kara absolutely blew us both away from the moment we met her. She was just lovely. She was so knowledgeable, went through everything with us, explained each stage, she even brought examples of the market past and present in line with the property we are looking to sell and explaining what and why. No stone was left unturned. We came away understanding everything, the way she dealt with us was like speaking with a friend. We were totally at ease and knew Kara would take some beating on the way she made us feel, her knowledge and customer service as a whole. The turnaround time from our initial meeting, to pictures, for the listing to go live and the board to be erected and EPC sorted was a matter of days. The service has been outstanding from Kara followed by excellent communication throughout. You really cannot ask anymore. From one seller/buyer to another, my advice to you is choose Kara from S&B her property/market knowledge , customer service and the drive she has to assist you in buying/selling your property, i can assure you, you won't find anyone better.
