Absolutely brilliant estate agents. During these tough times S&B made the daunting process of buying our first home easy and stress free. I'd like to thank Melanie for sending the initial link to the property and also Kara for showing us round. But in particular I'd like to give special thanks to Lucy for all the work she put in as our sales progessor. I was very impressed by he customer service I received with Starkey & Brown. Kara initially viewed the property and was very professional and friendly explaining the whole procedure involved to sell the property. Everything was dealt with promptly and Lucy took over the sale. What a fantastic experience from start to finish and we couldn’t be happier that we chose to sell our home with Starkey & Brown. From the initial valuation, I knew they were the estate agents we wanted to use. Kara was knowledgable and professional and we were pleased with the valuation she suggested. The photographs and video she put together were brilliant and portrayed our home exactly as it was. Light, bright, airy and spacious. Following on from listing our property, Aimee and Mel were brilliant at keeping us updated with viewings and chasing up feedback straight away. We have just used Starkey and Brown in Scunthorpe, firstly to rent our property short term and then sell it. We would highly recommend using them and have nothing but appreciation for their hard work. They have made selling our house easy and stress free. They have been fantastic from start to finish. They have been helpful, great with communication, gone above and beyond and came up with some great solutions to rent our house / get it sold. Kara initially dealt with us and gave us all the information we needed, a good rate and took some fantastic pictures of the house. Melanie also got involved and helped push the rental and sale side of things through effectively. A bonus is their sales progression team, Lucy has been great at pushing things forward, keeping us up to date and ensuing a quick and smooth sale.
