I'd just like to thank Simon and Steph for once again providing a first class service. I have used Wall and Macnab's surveys twice now and I have been 100% satisfied on both occasions. Arranging an appointment with Steph is very quick and easy. Simon's reports are returned very quickly which is amazing given the level of detail. The content is bursting with information as well as a huge number of visuals. Simon is also there to help with any queries you may have after you have had time to absorb the content of the report so you are left in no uncertain terms. All in all a brilliant, brilliant service from Steph and Simon. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you both so much.

Disrupting the Estate Agent stereo type

The experience of selling our house through Stephanie Macnab has been excellent. Selling in such a fast paced market has been made much easier by the professionalism of the staff. Communication is outstanding, with updates at every stage of the process by the friendly but highly professional staff, who worked very hard for us to ensure we got the right buyer. Everything, from the pricing strategy professional photography, and open house viewing has been a breathe of fresh air. We particularly liked the viewing process, which, with over 30 viewers, would have been a nightmare without the open days, and the very efficient sales representative’s who ran them. All in all a great service from a dedicated team. We would highly recommend.

Most Estate Agents, look after their vendors (quite rightly so) and often don’t take the needs of the buyer into consideration.This has not been my experience with the team at the Formby office at Stephanie MacNab. From my first contact with office, I have been impressed with the professionalism and courtesy shown by the staff. On viewing day the team member was well informed and preempted questions and answers with detail and knowledge. After my offer was accepted, I was contacted by a member of the sales team, and have been kept updated on progress.As a purchaser my experience has been extremely positive.

One of the best Estate Agents around

I've dealt with many estate agents over the years and can honestly say Stephanie Macnab Estate Agents are one of the best around. My experience with them is as a residential home buyer and prospective buy-to-let buyer. They are very good at what they do and the whole team all work together fantastically. It is easy to get in touch with them and if you need to speak to a particular member of staff and they are not available at that moment, they always call you back. The online property adverts are expertly put together. I can always tell that I'm looking at a Stephanie Macnab advert by the top-quality writing and professional photography. It's very easy to book an appointment and when an agent shows you around a property, they know their stuff and can answer questions (whereas some other competitors haven't got a clue). The best part of Stephanie Macnab is they are fantastic at keeping buyers and prospective buyers regularly updated. When we bought our new home through them in December 2021, it was a long drawn-out 8-month saga that had many delays due to problems further down the chain, but Stephanie Macnab did brilliantly to push everyone that they could (almost daily near to the end) and update me promptly. Without their help and persistence, the deal could have fallen through so my wife and I will be forever grateful to them because without their best efforts, we would not be living in our dream home right now. Thank you Stephanie Macnab Estate Agents!

We have had a very positive experience with Stephanie Macnab’s team. They accompanied many viewing and put a lot of effort in to sell our unconventional property. The team chased up all enquiries and kept us informed at all times. They are friendly, helpful and professional. The ‘chain’ situation got a little fraught and Sam in particular kept everyone calm (she should make relaxation tapes in her spare time!) when we next sell a property we will go to them.

Stephanie and the whole team there couldn't have done more for us. The put us at ease the whole time and we never felt under pressure (they even helped with our onward purchase that wasn't with them). All the team are friendly and are on hand if you need any advice, which we did! They recommended movers (Rileys of Southport, by the way, are amazing), solicitors and trades when we needed them. They went above and beyond and I can recommend them enough. (I'd give 10 stars if it would let me).
