And it filtered down into every single member of staff who was involved in the sale of my house and who I spoke with in the office. Could not recommend Stephanie and her team any higher if I tried, absolutely brilliant team. From valuation to sales negotiations, the girls in the office have supported and advised me every step of the way. Stephanie Macnab got us the home of our dreams - bungalows are hard to come by in Formby and we were fortunate to find the listing so quickly. The property photos and plans were excellent but there could have been a bit more descriptive content. We got a viewing fairly quickly on the Sunday, made an offer on the Monday and within 2 days the paperwork was done and is now with our Solicitors. Communication was at all times professional and friendly and we have no hesitation in recommending this Company.
