Amazing Experience. Highly recommend.

I have had a fantastic experience with Stephanie Macnab Estate Agents. I am Purchasing my first house from overseas and this has been very difficult with additional challenges, but Carol Gamble has been fantastic and accommodating. Absolutely incredible. Through a very stressful situation, Carol literally had me laughing out loud on the phone. We have never met in person but i feel like already know her well. I highly recommend working with the Stephanie Macnab team and i can see why this company is so highly recommended and respected in my home town of Formby.

The whole team are a credit to Stephanie

The whole team at Stephane Macnab Estate Agents are a real credit to her! They are professional, courteous and strive for the best for their clients at all times. Their communication was fantastic, keeping us updated at every point throughout the process. The staff are knowledgeable and sensitive to the clients needs. Having them conduct the viewings was an integral part of the process for us. Outstanding Customer ServiceFrom putting the house on the market to a sale agreed in less than 6 days !All the viewings were block booked and carried out on the same day which makes the whole process a lot easier. Having just gone through the process of selling a house

Having just gone through the process of selling my mother-in-law's house and my dad's house using different estate agents, the value of a knowledgable, enthusiastic and skilled estate agent is clear. Sam and the Stephanie MacNab team were agents for my dad's house sale and were great, always communicating, providing sales updates, and being proactive rather than waiting for market activity. When our prospective buyers fell through, they already had a plan of action in play to bring other interested parties into the process, resulting in quickly finding a strong new buyer and a price we were more than happy with. All through the sales process they have been on the case, moving the deal to completion. They are also a lovely team to work with, which makes a stressful process a lot easier. If only my mother-in-law's estate agents had been half as good!

We have recently bought a property through Stephanie Macnab Estate Agents. From start to finish it was dealt with professionally, honestly and all phone calls were returned Immediately. We felt in very safe hands.Considering the problems of Covid, visits to the property with Lucy were handled safely and nothing was too much trouble, as we needed several visits. Steph is fantastic. She listens and understands your desired outcomes and tailors her approach and service accordingly. She is professional, extremely knowledgeable and turns things around extremely quickly. We had experienced a frustratingly slow, reactive process and minimal traction with another real estate. Steph took over and used a more modern and proactive approach. Within 48hrs we had 5 viewings, with more in the pipeline. Within 2 weeks we had an offer that exactly met our expectations.
