GoogleAdrian and his team where simply fantastic. They were professional and courteous at all times. From the initial appointment where Adrian took our property details, which included very carefully thought photographs which I was able to proof check. He explained the recent history of selling prices and offered practical advice for pricing our property for the current market. Tracey then took the lead and gave us daily and weekly updates of potential clients and arranged appointments. We were fully supported every step of the way which took a lot of pressure from ourselves. I would not hesitate to recommend JW Woods and am so delighted that we used them for our recent move. GoogleWhat an absolutely FANTASTIC , friendly, supremely efficient and very very professional team at J W Wood's. These guys and gals have been in the area for decades, they've been together as a team for that time as well! They're very much a part of the County Durham scene. Ingrained in the local communities, well established and extremely knowledgeable in all things to do with buying and selling property. Gosh, what they don't know isn't worth knowing. Extremely happy to use them and always happy to hear from them. Genuinely, if you want a first class professional service you do not need to go anywhere else. Happy to expand upon my comments if needed. These are the true leaders!

GoogleFrom start to (the almost finish of selling our property) JW Wood have been excellent. They have been professional, they have kept us updated in terms of buyers and the ongoing progress during the sale process. Their customer service has been great, from the start, taking time to fully inspect the house, taking photographs and the sale aspect which has exceeded our expectations. We have had very regular communication from the Chester le Street team and cannot fault them. Would highly recommend JW Wood to anyone thinking of buying or selling a property.

Not even in just one aspect, their communication overall has been second to none. I would like to specially mention Tracy Bowen. She was such a delight to speak to and took the time to stay behind a few minutes, on good friday, after going back and forth, just to tell us that our offer had been accepted. Their professionalism and dedication to ensuring customer service that is second to none has been at the forefront of the whole experience. Adrain ensured that our property was valued and marketed going the extra mile to ensure this was done swiftly with a real personal approach and was happy to answer any questions I had. The sales staff have been fantastic arranging viewings and feedback. A huge extra THANK YOU must go to Chloe who has dealt with my property and ensured that with her enthusiasm, professionalism and knowledge of the industry the sale is in the best possible position to proceed to completion. All of my questions were answered and I was made to feel at ease in what can be a stressful situation.
