GoogleReally fast service from valuation to the house been advertised was a couple of days. Once it sold Tracy was fantastic at keeping me up to date almost daily so I knew how things were progressing. Very happy with my decision to sell with woods.

Our move was delayed several times due to problems further down the chain but Gill Anderson was particularly good at maintaining contact and keeping us up to date. As in many things it is the personal touch that is so important.

I have used this agency twice as in the last 4 years as a purchaser and more recently, as a seller for the sale of my father's house. Sean has a detailed knowledge of the local market and works as an excellent intermediary between buyer and sellers to smooth out any of the inevitable issues that occur during the conveyancing process. My father's house completed in the madness of the last week of the run up to the recent end of the universal stamp duty holiday. Ashleigh's persistent and dogged follow-up with solicitors and estate agents was absolutely key in ensuring that the chain did not collapse at this critical time.

GoogleAfter seeking quotes from three estate agents we decided on Woods because we had used them before but we were also impressed by their sensible market strategy and strategic planning to selling our home. Once on the market the Team were friendly, efficient and effective in their interactions with us and also with our buyers. We were kept up to date at all times and with helpful notes / texts. We were not faced with non-essential or standard emails - all communication was meaningful to our situation. I cannot speak highly enough of the Team at Chester le Street. They demonstrated all the skills you want from a business and particularly when responsible for such a normally stressful process. They gave us confidence that they were all on top of our situation and gave speedy, clear, cogent explanations at all times. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
