Very little contact once I’d received an offer which was from the first person who walked through the door within 1 week of being on the market. The after care was poor, the solicitor kept me up to date more than JW Wood. Very poor at helping my sale progress. My partner used JW Wood too for her property sale and her experience was even worse than mine.

Our aim is to market properties to the right buyers quickly and to achieve the best price possible for our clients. To achieve the asking price for you so quickly, (despite a down valuation on survey), seemed to be an excellent result, particularly as similar apartments have been sold for prices considerably lower than the figure we achieved for you. With regard to progressing the sale, our notes do show numerous contacts with you, particularly regarding chasing the management pack from the managing company. Overall, the transaction took twelve weeks to reach legal completion, which is quicker than average in our region. We do take our customers feedback very seriously. As we were not made aware of your concerns prior to receiving this review, I will of course be in contact directly so that we can improve our service where necessary.

Two of our properties were very difficult to sell but JW Woods remained patient and secured sales at prices we were happy with. The only reason I haven't awarded 5 stars is there is a lack of communication between their lettings and sales teams that can be a bit frustrating but overall, I would recommend them.
