We contacted them to list our home and Aarran came round very quickly to value, and then take photos - which we probably didnt need in the end as they found a buyer so quickly it was marked as sold the same day it went on Rightmove. A special mention has to go to Aarran who has been absolutely brilliant throughout. He is calm, knowledgeable and incredibly proactive, and always kept me properly informed so I never felt in the dark. Nothing was ever too much trouble, whether it was chasing things, explaining what was happening, or just being reassuring when I was feeling a bit overwhelmed.

GoogleDisappointing experience. Took time off work to attend a viewing, only to have the agent discuss a live offer with the seller in front of me during the appointment.
It made for a really awkward and unprofessional situation. While they later acknowledged it could have been handled differently, they ultimately stood by their actions.
Needless to say, I wouldn’t feel confident trusting them to handle a sale or purchase.
Basic discretion during viewings shouldn’t be too much to expect.

I feel compelled to share my exceptional experience with Maddie Saltmer at James Wynn Estate Agents in Northallerton. She is an absolute credit to the company and exemplifies what outstanding customer service truly means.
When disaster struck on Christmas Eve at 10:30pm, our boiler catastrophically failed and began leaking through the kitchen ceiling, Maddie's response was nothing short of remarkable. Despite being at home with her family on Christmas Eve, she immediately replied to my email and personally called to discuss the emergency. Understanding the urgency and potential for serious property damage, she went above and beyond by attending the property with her partner that very evening to stop the leak.
Within just three days, we had a brand new boiler fully installed, an incredibly swift turnaround, especially considering the timing over the Christmas period.
Having lived at this property for over eight years, I can honestly say I've never experienced such rapid, efficient, and genuinely caring service for a repair issue. Maddie's professionalism, dedication, and willingness to go the extra mile during what should have been her personal time has left a lasting impression on both my fiancée and myself.
We are immensely grateful to Maddie and cannot recommend her highly enough. She is a true asset to James Wynn Estate Agents.

GoogleReally poor experience with Jennie Jones overall. Costing me in excess of £3k. The entire process of being a buyer with them was the worst experience in the 6 house’s I’ve purchased. They didn’t do there homework with their seller and subsequently cost me time, money and a lot of emotional turmoil for me and my family. To add the communication from start to finish was extremely poor I didn’t ever feel they valued me as a buyer and their client seemed to play games all the way through. In the long run a lucky escape as the property I was purchasing had a lot of costly repairs but to be misled in the way we were was also a direct correlation to Jennie Jones. Quite possibly one the worst experiences I’ve ever had.
With regards to your feedback on communication if you mean removing the property from sale before advising us of the situation or further more not providing any form of justification for not managing your client properly or providing clarity on the chain and your clients sudden change then I applaud you because you failed miserably.
