GooglePromptly came to value a property for probate and sale. Francesca was helpful and knowledgeable and guided us with this. With this in mind I would certainly use their services again. Whenever I have phoned the team have all been friendly and polite.

GoogleThis agent & agency are by far and above the best agency we have had dealings with We are on the hunt for our next home - not an easy time to do that with the market as it is We not only receive updates to the new properties added to the market, but we also get an amazingly quick response when we wish to view, and a follow up call - unheard of from other agencies I sincerely hope the property we eventually settle on can be with Winns - they deserve the fee for such fabulous customer service

GoogleExcellent service by all the team at the Chester le Street branch of JW Wood. They managed to secure 17 viewings for us (including 2nd viewings) in a short space of time which resulted in an acceptable offer being received. The ladies in the office were very good in keeping me updated as to viewings and the feedback from viewings too. Cannot fault them and would definitely recommend them
