Dear Nigel, We are extremely sorry for missing your call. We have had an exceptionally high volume of calls and enquiries of late, with a single property alone generating 60+ enquiries. Unfortunately, this has also coincided with a staff member leaving and another self-isolating due to COVID, making the sheer volume very difficult to deal with.
