GoogleI cannot recommend this agency enough, specifically the people I dealt with: Anna and Ian. They have been so helpful, efficient and time-saving with the whole renting process. I struggled for months with viewings, bad agencies until I chanced upon Anna who I had a viewing with. A couple days later, she got back to me with a flat that was exactly what I'd been looking for for months. They were so diligent, guided me through the process and I didn't have to constantly chase after them like other places, they were very professional at their job!!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI was really happy with the service I got from everyone at Reeds Rains. When we found the house we wanted, Ian was very helpful and also noted our requests for changes and repairs we wanted to be made to the property when we made our offer to rent. Plus, he really supported my application when the reference checking company made an error while contacting my employer for a reference.

GoogleDealt with Ian Jordan in the Salford Quays office. First enquiry to collecting keys took 1 week. Excellent service, very professional, very helpful at every stage. Continuous contact throughout to keep me abreast of developments, and Ian is a very nice bloke to boot. I have passed his card on to a colleague of mine who will soon be looking to move home.
