When requested detailed updates were provided and as I had to move away from the property during the sale period Laura was extremely helpful handling any local issues that arose. Special mention to Charlotte and Ian for helping with the house viewings and contract signing. Amber (property manager) is enthusiastic and of great help in sorting issues out promptly! Definitely recommend!

GoogleHad an issue with out boiler that left us without hot water. We were able to get through to the property management team easily and Amber organised an engineer to come out the following day. She also followed up to ensure that the issue was fixed. Fantastic service, would recommend renting with Reed Rains!
