DO NOT USE REEDS RAINS. They're con people and rude and unprofessional. They wrote incorrect move out dates on my move out report when i'd actually given the keys in days earlier. She even accidentally put a picture in my move out report of her friend lounging on the sofa with their shoes on. Then sent a picture of the sofa all messed up with the cushions strewn everywhere saying that i'd left it in a mess. I was sent a picture of a hair grip and they tried to charge me for removal along with removal of some of the landlord property that he left. There is a picture of my mirror clean how I left it, then a picture at the end of the report where she has smeared something over it. They take pictures in your move in report and will purposefully put rugs over carpet stains, and use a mattress protector to not show a gross mattress, in the hope you don't spot things and then try and charge you for them at the end. Then when you email them they will call you a liar. If you want to avoid a lengthy dispute process to get your money back - AVOID.

I recently rented a property through Reeds Rains at Salford Quays and was very impressed with the service provided by Hannah and Ian. They were professional, patient and understanding, and continue to be so. They explained processes and procedures to me and did not over-complicate things. In the course of my application, I met with a few difficulties. For example, my computer failed to function satisfactorily and so they invited me to their office to resolve paperwork issues. This meant that the handover of keys took place on schedule. Whatever the problem, they were able to come up with a way of negotiating around it and put my mind at ease. Despite the stress I must have caused them both, Hannah and Ian were cheerful, friendly and welcoming.
