STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY ! When you are facing a real problem ( I had no heating & hot water for a month in the property through December-January ) they do not know how to pass you around faster ! There is no support or advice offered, the miscommunication is on a daily basis and they would treat you like it's your fault that there's an issue in the property ! They would agree to certain things is writing but only to withdraw their own offer after ! WITH ALL MY HEART I SAY, FIND ANOTHER AGENCY ! Todd and the team at Salford Quays were brilliant throughout the whole process. We had a complicated sale which started just before the first UK lockdown. We were constantly reassured and informed about what was happening. Our buyer was abroad and Todd was excellent at keeping us updated and communicating with both sides. We met a lovely agent called Anna who showed us around an amazing (and very well priced) flat and even after a few days of being extremely indecisive, Anna was really responsive, helpful and friendly which helped us choose the right flat.
