Highly recommended! I am renting the house through Reeds Rains and I could not be more satisfied. When I had an issue with water leak and could not contact landlord directly, they have send their contractor within hours. Completely free. Any time I needed something, I got a reply asap and everything was quickly sorted. In the last couple of weeks, I was dealing with the contract renewal and I was not sure about some things. Amber was helping me all way long and provided all the information I needed to make a decision. Not only she helped me to find the best solution for me, but she was also really friendly and understanding. Which is something you don't always get when dealing with similar companies. Thank you Amber!

I recently Moved into a rented property on salford quays. As a first time renter I was apprehensive about a few things but Ian Jordan showed me round the flat and was very informative and supportive throughout, quickly identifying that I would require some additional explanation on some points making for an easier process. Jabeen was infomative with the paperwork making sure all points were covered and me and my partner were comfortable with all the documentation giving time to ask questions and read thoroughly. Chris McPeake has been looking after us with maintenance and general issues and has responded in a timely fashion with any issues at the flat meaning issues or queries are quickly resolved. Great service from the whole team!

I have just successfully sold my house through Reeds Rains. I'm honestly struggling for words to say how impressed I am with the service received. Ms Laura Croft and Ms Jabeen Rashid were my contacts and helped me from day one. Both were very polite, courteous, very attentive and responsive throughout the selling process. I have moved abroad, yet they insured I was kept informed all the way through. From noting down my meter readings, to arranging removal of unwanted items by the buyer, Laura and Jabeen have been nothing but exemplary in their conduct and acted beyond the call of duty. I'm very grateful to both of them and extremely satisfied with the service I have received. They are both credit to their firm and the management must be very proud of them.
