Genuinely criminally incompetent (tenant in rental property managed by them) Terrible communication, disorganised, rude, not apologising when mistakes are pointed out, almost no understanding of basic legal matters in Tenancy Agreements, do incredibly short inspections, actually lost one of our payments and then didn't apologise when they found it was their error. When you ask for the landlords contact details they don't reply (illegal) until you point out they are legally obligated to do it! ... Take a lot of pictures and if they try and bullishly tell you they know the law they are often lieing or stupid so double check this with shelter or another relevant organisation. Wish I could give them 0 stars. Probably not good for landlords either to have this mess going on. Update 8/11/23: Definitely bad for landlords, we won a claim in court for over £2k (they didnt protect our deposit) and got our entire deposit back (£1380) despite them trying to scare us into paying it all to them. Be very careful with this company they will try and scare you. But also they are quite incompetent so I would check if they have protected your deposit or not

Laura was very helpful from the first moment I made the offer on the property. She was extremely efficient through out the process, my solicitors weren’t the best and it was hard trying to get an update from them, however Laura would always get an an update for me by calling the vendors solicitors. She would keep me up to date of the progress and Kept me informed. When I collected the keys, there were some keys that were missing, Laura contacted the seller and has tried to help me sort it out. She even arranged for the lock to be changed on my postal box. Overall I’m very happy and impressed with the service she has provided, thank you so much, I really appreciate it.

I have been impressed with the full management services Reeds Rains offered to date. Ian Jordan in particular has been very responsive to any queries, punctual for the appointments at the property, helpful in recommending contractors and most importantly very speedy in finding tenants and agreeing let. The whole process has been handled professionally and swiftly. For the ongoing management of the property, Amber has been very prompt and approachable in dealing with contract renewals and other general queries and I am happy with the services.
