Just bought an apartment through Reeds Rains Salford Quays and received excellent customer care throughout the process. Laura was always helpful and very communicative. My opinion is that their staff are much more professional than many at other agencies in the area. Highly recommended.

Very pleased with the service provided at this agency. Pleasant and professional. Always ready to help. Secured a beautiful property from them and assisted with everything that i needed. Highly recommended. Good service from the guys here. I happened to deal with an agent named Ali. And met one more on my next visit named Ian. Keep up the good work. Steven

After being messed around by other estate agents I had lost interest and could not be bothered. After my partner had a viewing with I think Olly? (may be wrong) the 'moving out' excitement had returned - hopefully will be taking the apartment off them!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Before moving with this agency, we lived in 3 other flats. We never had problems with the other landlords, but this people is something out of this world. First of all I would like to clarify that they never played fair with us: in the visit to the house I told to the agent that I really wanted to rent the property, I even said to her to sign in the moment of the visit, but she told me that it was ok, that they were going to keep the property for me and that I could do the paperwork the next day. Next day, when I called her, she told me that the landlord accepted another offer. I think that was just a way to make me say that I was able to pay 6 months in a row. And so, the landlord accepted my offer. We moved to their property in February. When we moved there, the storage heaters were not working. At this point, I want to highlight that we moved with a 40 days baby. When you pay 6100 GBP before moving to a house, you expect a service. For 20 days, in February, with a baby, we lived without heaters. They just kept saying that maybe I didn´t know how to turn it on. I had to write them in a non friendly way to get a handyman in the house fixing it. And he had to fix it, because it was damaged. They came 2 or 3 times to visit the house to check everything was right. As in the contract, if the agent would have realized that something had to be repaired or cleaned, or misplaced, she had to aware us in order to do something about it. Well, in all the visits, she came to the house, checked it in 2 minutes, and said: everything is ok. We even got emails after each visit saying everything was ok. When we moved out, they sent us a email saying that the house needed a deep clean, 7 new bulbs (we stayed there for 10 months), and apart from the deep clean, they wanted to charge us for cleaning the door of the microwave (it just have a water vapour spoil in the door), for cleaning the door of a dishwasher that we never turned on, and they wanted to charge us for some mould and dump. Around 400 GBP for this. They even wanted to charge us to buy new curtains because of the damp , when curtains were made of a material 100% washable. The pictures of the original inventory had nothing to do with the inventory they did at the end of the rental. The first one, was a bit blurry, and the pictures of it were taken from a distance of everything. The pictures of the inventory they did when we moved out... What a crime. They did pictures with zoom of every single centimeter of the house, they moved furniture that weight around 50kg to do pictures of the floor below it. They even did a picture of the inside of a bin that it was not in the original inventory! So, they wanted to deduct 638GBP from our deposit, (we couldn´t get a VAT invoice, and the receipt they sent us was clearly suspicious: in the receipt one of the concepts was "Towel needs to be removed from kitchen floor 1 £4.00" Towel that we left there to protect the wooden floor from the water that could fall from the non-no-frost fridge). But I submitted a case through Mydeposit, and mydeposit has just given 340 GBP to them. If you are living in a Reeds Rains´s property, be aware. Keep this in mind. If you are not living in a Reeds Rains property, avoid them. The reviews with 5 stars are because before you move in their properties, a Barbie girl, ask you for the 5 stars review.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

If i could give ZERO i would. didnt like that i questioned my check out charges for cleaning so they added additional false charges and tried to take my full deposit £850 ( apparently a studio flat i had been in for 7 months needed a full refurb - painting/new blinds/bathroom etc)! luckily i had emails to prove they added charges that where not a tenants responsibility and evidence that the flats condition was the same as check in. Deposit scheme awarded me 95% of my deposit back - they got £32.50! SUPER unprofessional staff - Amber specifically was rude and patronising. If you have to go with this micky mouse "company" make sure you take picture evidence of everything when you move in to cover yourself!
