I had a terrible experience as a seller with this agency. They have the boss come in and value the place, make the right sounds and give you the spiel then you're passed on to someone else as expected and that's where the service drops. They are incompetent, non communicative, don't come across knowlegable about the current market and will waste your time, effort and cost you a sale. I'd avoid them at all costs. I hardly had viewers through the door and had no concrete offer apart from one utter timewaster who was then stalling to even supply the name of their solicitor. I think they couldn't afford the property and this mob strung me along with this buyer until I called it quits. I would never use them again in a million years. They think selling a property is just sticking it on Rightmove and sitting there doing nothing else to sell it.

Watersons Lied to me an wasted my time

I'm currently in the middle of looking for a place for the first time and I got in contact with watersons about a property. I asked them some questions regarding gaurentors "Can I have two people be my guarantors?" They said yes that is completely fine and then booked me a viewing with the place in question for a weeks time. I got to the viewing, looked around and asked the same question to the person showing me around the place just to make sure what the first person said was true and once again they confirmed that I could have two people be my guarantors.

We had Watersons to sell my parents house they took really professional pictures of the property and had a lot of people round to view and sold very quickly. They found a bungalow which was also bought through Watersons it went very smoothly even though it was through the Corona 19 Virus. We recently sold a property and bought a new one, both with Watersons. At every stage, the entire team at Sale office were professional and knowledgeable, with excellent communications, keeping both us and our purchasers up-to-date and informed. It was a rather drawn out sale, partly due to Covid-19, but the team handled the peaks and troughs brilliantly, gave us guidance where needed and managed all this through lockdown conditions and uncertainties. We had some dealings with other agents along the way but none of them were as professional in their communications and we would not hesitate to use Watersons again. A big thank you to Jonathan for being there and on top of things for us from beginning to end, to Helen and Sophie for listening to me and being so warm and understanding, and to Amy for everything else!

We recently completed both our sale and purchase through Watersons in Sale, and everybody at Watersons was professional, responsive and extremely helpful from start to finish. It was quite a long chain, with a number of issues arising over a period of almost 7 months - with either individual parties in the chain, or some of the solicitors or other agents being very unhelpful / unresponsive. Helen went completely above and beyond and almost single-handedly kept all parties in the chain communicating and moving towards an eventual completion. At times I genuinely felt the whole chain might have collapsed had it not been for Helen's patience, reassurance and persistence. I have just recently completed on buying a house through Watersons and my experience with them has been second to none! Having had a bad experience with different estate agent when attempting to buy first time round (ultimately leading to the sale falling through), my experience with Watersons was the total opposite. Everyone who took us on viewings was extremely friendly and helpful, then when I had an offer accepted I dealt mainly with Helen who was fantastic! She kept me updated with lots of checking in but without feeling like there was pressure to move things faster than needed. As a buyer you are always conscious that ultimately it is the seller of the house who is the client of the agent, not you the buyer. Having felt this myself with a previous unsuccessful attempt at buying, one of the big things for me about dealing with Helen was her making me feel at ease throughout the whole process. I have already been recommending them to friends and family, and will continue to do so in the future!
