From the 1st moment I began a business relationship with Waterson's back in early 2021, they have been brilliant. We marketed our property and found a seller quickly. Unfortunately the property I was buying fell through....after 8 months. During this stressful period Helen was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and put my mind at ease. I eventually found another (better!) property to buy and we agreed another sale on my house with Watersons. Once again Helen dealt with everything SUPERBLY. I'd definitely recommend Watersons Sale.

Helen and the whole team were absolutely brilliant! They were so kind, friendly and helpful and made the whole process really smooth. I would 100% recommend Waterson's and would definitely use them again in the future. Contact was super quick and they gave me guidance through every step. I cannot thank Helen enough for all the help and support she provided to us throughout us buying our first home. Although she was acting on behalf of the seller, she always found the time to reach out to us and check everything was ok. We have just sold our house through Watersons in Sale. The valuation process with Dan was smooth and efficient and he clearly knows the local market inside out. Helen dealt with the sale process and went above and beyond throughout. She is professional, efficient, proactive and just lovely. We have been so impressed with the Sale Watersons team. Within a week of going on the market they had arranged 9 viewings. Throughoutvthe process we have dealt with almost everyone in the office and they are all so friendly, enthusiastic and keen to help. Our first buyer backed out because of an issue outside our control and Watersons got the house straight back on the market and had another 5 viewings scheduled within a couple of days and two further offers. Sophie kept us informed and advised throughout. Dans local knowledge was great. Helen, Kelly, Kyle and Amy were also key. We would thoroughly recommend the Sale Watersons team!

I've sold 3 houses with Watersons over the years, and highly recommend them. Their customer service, communication with buyers and sellers and the marketing is second to non in the area. They are on the ball, without being pushy! I think the big difference is that they only operate in the Sale and Altrincham area and aren't a branch of a Franchise or Multi National Agency. The team at Sale were brilliant, especially Helen and Sophie.
