Watersons in Sale were absolutely awesome. Communication and professionalism was second to none. Helen, Sophie and Rebecca and the rest of the team were absolute stars. From appointing them to exchange and completion they were communicative, professional and approachable. We were rather nervous as we were moving a fairly long distance and had to exchange and complete on the same day, but Watersons were very supportive and reassured us along the way. I can wholeheartedly say you will not be disappointed if you used Watersons, they are 100% the best in that area. Thank you so much for ensuring everything was as stress free as possible.

Wow what a team - what an estate agent. If you are thinking of selling your home, I would highly recommend Watersons (we used their Sale office) be your first call. House purchasing is stressful and an emotional - at times frustrating journey. Helen is the most professional, yet caring and supportive guide through the minefield of buying / selling a home. Also Tom / Sophie / Dan and Cath all couldn’t do enough for us. We absolutely love our new family home. I didn’t realise how much estate agents actually do, once a purchase is agreed. I want to express that I highly recommend Watersons Sale Office by 200%. This is truly the best and most heartwarming agency I have encountered in the past few years, especially Branch Manager Helen. Due to the complexity of my house purchase situation, it caused some delays in the expected completion date. Although I am not their direct client, but rather the Seller, Helen provided me with a lot of help throughout the entire buying process. She made the communication between me and the seller extremely smooth and fast. Especially before the completion, I had to leave the UK for a month, but during this month, Helen kept me updated with the seller and the up chain constantly, allowing me to successfully complete my purchase on time before the mortgage deadline. Her help during this period is truly indescribable and greatly appreciated. This is truly the best Housing Agent I have encountered in the past few years. A Massive Big Thank You to you xx 😚 Helen. Everyone I met was friendly, professional and always ready at the end of the phone to arrange additional viewings, provide latest updates and offer expert advice. I can't thank them enough for making what is a very stressful time so much easier. From the initial marketing of my home (which they ensured looked incredible & generated huge interest) to successful viewings, managing offers to ensure that I gained the full asking price, right through to the moving day, I couldn't fault it. From the earliest stages of valuation and market advice, quickly finding a strong buyer and good price, supporting me through the anxiety and disappointment of my first purchase falling through to same day nailbiting exchange and completion of my new home. Dan, Sophie, Helen and team have been absolutely wonderful. Businesslike and professional but much more than that. They have talked me up, talked me down and I would really not like to have done the whole process without them. The house I have bought was marketed by an online agency and the contrast between availability to speak to them and the latter stages of negotiation and legal and closing stages is off the charts. I recommend Watersons wholeheartedly, they became more than estate agents but felt like the best supportive friends too.

Very happy with the service received from Watersons in Sale. House went on the market on 29th April, two days of viewings the following Saturday and Tuesday and best offer accepted on 13th May. Helen kept me informed and reassured throughout and made sure all parties were aware of what stage we were all at.
