Helen and the team were fantastic and looked after our interests brilliantly throughout the whole process. Terrible customer service from the rentals team, in particular a lack of response from Josh Delooze. Also the person who showed us the property certainly needs some lessons in customer service. After making Watersons aware of these issues, guess what... no response!

Exceptional service from Kirstie! A massive thank you for being there from start to finish. As this was a leasehold flat sale I knew it was going to take some time but Kirstie was excellent throughout. I was kept updated at every hurdle and at every turn of the sale process, even when there was no update, Kirstie was in contact letting me know what was going on. Nothing was too much trouble and all my emails were answered in an instant, I was never kept hanging on. We just completed the sale of our three-bed semi-detached home, and we're delighted with the outcome. Four agents pitched for the business. All were flattering about the property, but Jonathan was the bravest and boldest on price. Normally, I would have picked the middle bid, but could see how much Jonathan wanted to succeed, and so he won our business. True to his word, he secured several offers over asking price. He stayed in constant contact throughout the process and steered us through all the usual bumps. Really pleased with the end result. Thoroughly recommended.

This is the second house we've sold through Watersons, so we knew them from personal experience as well as reputation. I had two other agents come to have a look at our house for comparison. The online contender was ruled out fairly quickly but comparison with the other local agent required more thought. They were comparable on most points, the difference was the confidence we had in the service we could expect, based on our previous experience. Having followed advice from Watersons we set the price and had an open day. There was an offer to match the asking price on the first day and it was followed through to completion. The service throughout the process was exemplary, especially when we could have lost the sale due to our solicitors stalling the process at one point but for the behind the scenes activities of the Watermans staff, they were all brilliant.

I really couldn’t recommend Watersons enough, this was actually my first time selling my home after being in it for 31yrs, so it was quite daunting, stressful & emotional for me & I was doing it alone. Everyone I came into contact with at Watersons was so kind, competent & professional at all times. I have to personally thank Sophie though, who was there with me every step of the way, going above & beyond over & over, she was so kind to me, reassuring, yet professional. Watersons were absolutely excellent from start to finish. We bought our first house with them five years ago and due to their wonderful customer service we knew who to go with when recently deciding to sell. The branch manager Jonathan is brilliant and his team are incredible! Agreeing a sale is the easy part, but in our opinion, the after care and support during the lengthy process is what makes a good estate agent, great. The team at Watersons Sale office were so responsive and kept us up to date every step of the way. They went out of their way to chase solicitors for us and were always so helpful during any interaction and just couldn’t do enough for us! From Tom and Amy (who we spoke to only a couple of times and who were lovely) to Helen and Sophie who were outstanding and made us feel like their only clients throughout the entire process!
