From start to finish the whole team were fantastic. The valuation and photos of our house were very professional and really sold the property and the viewings team (especially Tom) were great. A very special mention for Helen; as without her constant involvement and pushing of conveyancers for progress, I don't think the sale would have gone through. Absolutely amazing with our house sale - from the initial valuation discussion with Jonathan through to the eventual sale, with great advice in between. Dan, Jonathan, Helen, Sophie and the rest of the team were very professional and communicative throughout the whole process, making us feel so comfortable! Helen made it her personal mission to help find us a new home, much appreciated on her efforts. They even offered to help with our onward purchase discussions when the useless high street chain next door (beginning with B) failed to communicate. We are so thankful to Watersons for their professionalism, warmth and humanity throughout our house sale and purchase. My first contact with Helen at the Sale branch was so encouraging that we decided to put our house on the market, despite the difficult Covid conditions. Helen and Dan moved heaven and earth to get our house valued and listed as quickly as possible so we could put an offer on another house Watersons had listed. Unfortunately, we weren't quick enough to purchase that house, but from that point we felt looked after and supported by the team until we found a new dream house. The entire team is knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. We never felt any undue pressure from them, and Helen was a constant ally, who worked tirelessly to advance an complex housing chain. Really great service. Thanks so much to Helen, Dan and the team for getting the sale through during lockdown and keeping me sane throughout the process! Felt the service was a lot more personal than other estate agents, which makes the difference during what can be a very stressful time! Watersons were quick, honest, knew the local market, got the viewers in, chased up everything and kept good communication right to the end. Really pleasant experience dealing with Watersons. Half-way into the process, my Mortgage Broker lost his job and I needed an emergency Mortgage Advisor. Got introduced to a Mortgage Broker from Wateresons and what a breadth of fresh air Helen Armitage was. Dealt with Helen McGrogan (I know! Recently bought my house via Watersons and can honestly say they blew me away with their service. After we made our offer I mainly dealt with Helen who manages to be relentlessly persistent, whilst also being super personable and maintaining the excitement during what is quite a stressful time. She updated me a couple of times a week without fail and let me know if I needed to do anything. When she went on holiday she let me know in advance and handed over to Sophie, who was equally as communicative, ensuring a seamless transition. Well done team. They were considerably better than the agent who handled my sale, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. It's not rocket science.

After a long, difficult search for a property, we couldn't speak more highly of the service we have received from Watersons throughout the entire process of purchasing our new home. We were probably quite high maintenance purchasers because we had been through a very stressful experience with another agent, but Jonathan was excellent at keeping us up to date and things moving along and nothing was ever too much trouble when we had additional questions or wanted to pop in for another viewing. Even when our survey threw up some complications making us panic, Jonathan handled the situation entirely professionally ensuring clear, concise communications were maintained between all parties at all times. Jonathan, Helen and all the other staff we encountered during the process were fantastic, there is no doubt that if we were to sell a house in Sale at any point in the future, my only call would be to Watersons.

From the outset the service provided was excellent, the branch manager Dan Cash offered insightful market awareness during the listing and guided us well on the pricing and marketing strategy, Dan and the team also took on feedback from us as the viewings progressed. It was during the sale process when we were part of a chain of four that the Watersons team really excelled, Helen and Sophie in particular were nothing short of brilliant especially helping with communication up and down the chain and keeping us calm when the chain fell apart.
