It appears that once you place an order the work is issued to an overseas agent, this makes communication very difficult using broken English, in addition there is a total lack of knowledge relating to search terms, English pronunciation of local areas and cities, despite complaints and many requests for contact by a UK based contact they simply do not engage.

I'd like to thank Lawrence Rand for still running the Easter competition even though we were all in lockdown. It gave the children something to focus on. My daughter Sofia didn't have a copy of the entry form and we don't have access to a printer so she designed her own based on the original, thanking Key Workers for all of their hard work during this horrible time. Laura was able to include this in the competition and has even put the final masterpiece in the shop window. The communication was great between myself and Laura, such a lovely lady. Mansons have been excellent in both renting and selling properties for me. They actively seek buyers or renters, rather than just advertising and sitting back and waiting for someone to come along. They are great at communicating and always return calls or respond to emails quickly. Throughout the sales process Deborah chased solicitors and kept the whole sales process moving, reducing stress levels for me. Lawrence Rand were incredibly helpful when we had to sell my sister's flat after she died. They had plenty of buyers lined up for open day; they held the keys and showed them round and we had offers straight away. Unfortunately it took six months to exchange contracts but that was certainly not the fault of Lawrence Rand, who kept in touch throughout and did their best to get things moving. Sometimes they had staff changes but there was always someone else ready to take over. Unfortunately one of the staff who left gave the buyers some incorrect information about the flat, but the person who did that is no longer with the company. Thanks to Robin, Andrew, Emma and all the team - continuing the proud tradition of Brendons who were in the area so many years ago. It's good to use a local firm who know their properties and local buyers' needs.

Good communication from when I first registered on behalf of my family, being kept up to date and regularly contacted by Tom for new houses coming onto the market. When we agreed on a purchase if Tom wasn't available Others in the the team Ollie and Paul were able to assist all of them being polite and friendly The process generally went quite smoothly until the latter part, but again the team were helpful, giving advice and everything stayed on track. I have used Lawrence Rand in the past for buying and selling and cannot fault them. Peter Lawrence is a true professional who keeps a close eye on his team ensuring his high standards are adhered to. I trust Peter implicitly and feel confident that he has my best interests at heart which is unique. Paul Ryan handled my sale on this occasion and he did this with streamlined efficiency. Glenda Hall kept me up to date at all stages to let me know how my sale was progressing and this was a big plus. It was a lengthy and difficult sale as it fell through a couple of times through no fault of theirs or ours. They quickly re-marketed our property and soon had other prospective purchasers lined up. They offered us invaluable advice and assistance at every step of the way and i can whole heartily recommend them. Our sincere thanks to Hayden, Paul and Scott in the Ruislip Manor office. Once the sale had been agreed it was progressed to exchange and completion by Glenda, who, chased all parties involved on a daily basis and kept us informed regularly.
