It's no exaggeration to say I've been blown away by how easy Lawrence Rand made the process of selling my home. From initial valuation through to completion, Andrew Gibbons and team proved professional, efficient and immensely helpful, often going out of their way to expedite the process as regards scanning/uploading of required legal documentation to my solicitors when I wasn't able to get out due to an illness. I'd have absolutely no hesitancy in recommending Lawrence Rand to any prospective seller or buyer. You won't be disappointed.

Lawrence Rand Estate Agents are fantastic. My boyfriend and I bought our first house through them and they made every part of the journey enjoyable. We felt informed about what was going on from start to finish. Anthony who set-up our appointments and supported our negotiations with the seller, Dawn that showed us the property with huge enthusiasm, and Emma our knowledgable Move Manager - they are all stars. Especially Emma, who was very patient with us as first time buyers, answered all our calls, getting information for us and even the odd face to face meeting where required. The advice she provided was excellent and delivered in a friendly yet professional manner - she really made the experience great. I cannot recommend the team at Lawrence Rand, Ruislip Manor enough and one day when we decide to move, they will be the people I will call.

Just wanted to say a few kind words about Lawrence Rand, the guys were an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process. We sold our existing house and bought our new house through them also. Emma was an absolute pleasure to deal with, always professional and courteous, kept us informed throughout the whole process, couldn’t have done it without her. I recently rented a flat in Jesmond through Mansons. I have only have good things to say. I have had mixed experiences with estate agents in the past where they have had hidden costs included within the agreement, impossible to contact, to mention only a few. Im happy to say Mansons have none of these issues.. I would highly recommend Mansons to anyone looking to either buy or rent, or just to get advice on the property market. A lovely group of people.

Outstanding service from all who work at Mansons with special credit to Elena. I found them to be extremely efficient, very thorough and of course approachable. Elena was very welcoming from the first time I spoke with her, as were the rest of the team in the office when I went to sign the tenancy. Elena thoroughly explained the letting procedure to me and provided me with constant support via email (and at the end of the telephone if required!). From choosing our property to collecting the keys, Mansons never took their eye off the ball; even informing us the carpets were being cleaned and the painters were in! I would highly recommend them to tenants and landlords alike and I firmly believe Mansons are by THE best agent in the North East! I have dealt with several agents in the past and not one of them has provided service, care and attention like Mansons.

I would highly recommend Lawrence Rand to anyone that is looking to sell their property within Eastcote, Ruislip Manor, Ruislip area. These guys are a breath of fresh air. My wife and I were left with a month to complete on a property due to to the previous selling agents before our mortgage offer ran out, Peter and his team were round the same day to take photos and details of our property. The property was then marketed and over 12 viewings arranged within 2 days. From start to finish the process has been smooth and fast, which is something most of their competitors seem to be lacking in... I have been kept up to date on our buyers status and if I had any questions, the dedicated move manager was on hand via email or phone. I can not recommend highly enough this company and their can do attitude, which resulted in the quick sale of my property..

I'm renting a flat with Mansons for almost 2 years and I'm quite happy with how it goes so far. Their team (I interacted with Debbie, Jemma, Cyndi and few others) does the job well. The household appliances in the flat I live in sometimes fail, but the agency does a good job in fixing/replacing the faulty equipment. In my view, Mansons is a good letting agency which I recommend to others.
