Paul and Tom at Lawrence Rand were very helpful when I was buying my flat. There was always someone available to speak to when I phoned the office and I was given plenty of phone calls with updates throughout the process (even when we were at a bit of a standstill). Always polite and cheerful on the phone and clearly trained well in customer service. Made the whole stressful process that little bit easier when you know you have a good estate agent team to go to throughout.

We have just completed on our first home through Lawrence Rand. The process all went smoothly and we are so pleased to have got the home we did. We dealt with a few other estate agencies during our home search and Lawrence Rand were definitely the most professional, responsive and helpful. Having decided to downsize I was extremely nervous about the issues I may come across, due to lack of experience in buying and selling. Deborah and the team were very professional, reassuring and friendly throughout the process and aided me to purchase a new property for my young daughter and myself with minimum stress. They were very knowledgeable and approachable and most importantly because I was only dealing with one person throughout the transaction it was so much easier !! Have had a fantastic experience with Mansons Estate Agent. Our viewing with Jonathan was fantastic- he was personable, informative and totally honest with us about the property. Alexi was great at sorting out the flat viewing for us, offering evening viewings as an alternative option, he was also fantastic when we went to sign the paperwork. The real estate agent (sorry I forgot your name) was great as well, knew what he was talking about, personable and definitely approachable. They did their best to accommodate us seeing as we had a very inflexible move in date and time. Just a fantastic experience from start to finish, thank you for everything!

Very unusual to have no complaints about a property letting experience but Mansons have bucked the trend. Extremely welcoming and friendly staff who were always only an e-mail away with any of our queries. We would have a reply within 30mins with information about how they were going to fix the issue. All the affiliated maintenance teams were also friendly and very helpful. We were very fortunate to have stumbled across Manson, as students who are often taken for a ride by manipulative landlords. I can't rate the service high enough that I have received from Mansons. Deborah was the lady dealing with the sale of my house and from start to finish the communication was fantastic! She kept me informed throughtout the process, even when valuations, surveys and searches had been completed by my buyer's side, which I didn't expect. I put my house on the market and within 2 days, had viewings. I had accepted an offer within 3 weeks which was great. I have dealt with estate agents in the past and have had such bad experiences, Mansons definately restored my faith! Mansons only have a hand full of properties that they sell at any given time, but this, I feel is so much better than the larger sales agents because they actually have time to dedicate to selling your property. I would recommend Mansons to anyone wanting to sell their property.

We have dealt with a number of estate agents throughout this process and without a doubt Lawrence Rand were the most professional, friendly, helpful and thorough. We dealt with Peter and Glenda who were both fantastic. In particular Glenda was amazing at chasing people in the chain to ensure we moved as quickly as possible which we massively appreciated. It really felt like she went above and beyond what other agents would do. We moved in two weeks ago and I'm still receiving amazing customer service from them as we had some questions for the previous owners which Glenda is supporting us with! Right now we never plan to move again!... But if we ever do Lawrence Rand will be our agent of choice.

The whole team is fast, friendly and efficient. I moved to Newcastle from Ireland for work and they were flexible and cooperative. Had to fly over for viewings and they even went the extra mile and gave me a lift into the city centre after one as I was running late for my train. They even opened the office early for me when I went to collect my keys as I have a very tight schedule. Thanks Gav and Elena for getting the paperwork sorted, getting the move in date moved back and getting me my keys really quickly and effortlessly. I would recommend these guys to anyone.
