I am presently selling my property with your Ruislip Manor branch and hopefully completing very soon. I would normally leave feedback after the event but wanted to express my heartfelt thanks to the above branch. From agreeing to sign up with LR Ruislip manor, the team have been fantastic. ALL the staff at RM have been above and beyond. No matter who I have had communication with they have been outstanding. There is one person, Harry Lilley who has kept me going through with the process. He has done everything in his power to support, help, answer my many questions but most of all giving me reassurance when I have felt so overwhelmed. He has always returned calls, emails promptly. He has remained utterly professional at all times but reassured me at every opportunity. As you are aware selling/buying a property truly is up there as one of the most stressful things you will do. Harry has been and remains my saviour. Your RM team are a absolutely credit to your company and I felt I had to give them the credit they so deserve.

Edit. One star is even too much! We were looking for a house to rent. Went to view a property and then place the offer. Next morning Breydon call me to tell me the landlord had accepted our offer. He sent me a link to pay the holding deposit. I had tried for 20 minutes to pay it but the link they sent to me wasn't working and kept saying "sorry technical issues". After 30 min I received an email (neither a phone call) saying my offer had been cancelled. So I called them to understand what was happening and the lady who aswered the phone said " sorry the market is quick, we had another offer." Excuse me? The market is quick? Is this what this lady is paid for? For saying the market is quick? Breydon didn't even tried to apologize but as I understood later on he doesn't have an honour to worry about. They were cruel and wasted our time. I already had a call and an email confirming that the house was ours! Breydon said: the landlord is happy with the dog. If you have an honour you don't say to other people that a house is still available if you have just given it to someone else. I didn't even had the time and the means to pay the holding deposit! You say that you are pet lovers. If you really were you would have known how much stuggle we have in renting a house, so you should have helped us because we had every right to rent that house first. Now you are saying that the landlord went for other tenants because of the dog. Besides the fact that I think it is illegal to reject someone just because they have a pet ( I am going to investigate it with a lawyer) when I asked Breydon if it was because of the dog he said " No absolutely not". So here another proof that this is not a trustworthy agency. The owner says a thing the employee denies it. Where is the truth? As I told Rebecca, this agency made my family waste our time and made every tenants's nightmare comes true: be homeless. Now my choice is either to abandon my dog on the street or to go and live under a bridge. We even offered a higher rent and Breydon neither told it to the landlord! Breydon chose not to give us a chance. Not the landlord. Rebecca wrote to me " it's not fair you accusing me". How in the earth you dare using the word FAIR to someone you have just cheated!

We are just in process of the house sale and I can't thank Lawrence Rand (LR) enough. Normally, I would not write reviews before sale is completed but Jamie (senior) is so amazing that I have no other option but to leave an early one. From the moment Jamie came to see us everything was perfect. He knew Eastcote market well and comparing to other agens that I contacted in Eastote there was no mind games, or play. Jamie is cheeky and funny and that really helped us when things got crazy. All other staff are exceptional too so big thank you to them as well. Lawrence Rand are an amazing company who really give back to the community. They offered a number of local small companies the chance to be interviewed by Peter Rand to raise their profile locally. I was lucky enough that my company My Dream Party Shop was chosen and I had a great time filming with the team. The interview video was shared on their Facebook and Instagram platforms, with their mailing list and was added to the Community page on their website. I should also mention the lovely Laura who was so helpful and kind advising me ahead of the film shoot. I am so grateful for the opportunity that they have given me and cannot rave about what a delightful team they are and how kind they are to think about raising other small local businesses up in this way.

Lawrence Rand recently sold my flat for me and I can't recommend them highly enough. Alec and Jess (and Graham, before he left) were so helpful, efficient and an absolute pleasure to deal with (such nice people too!). Nothing was too much trouble and they kept me informed every step of the way. The sale itself went very smoothly; the problem I had was getting rotten tenants out when they decided not to leave at the end of the tenancy. The letting agent was no help at all (don't use Elliott & Co!) but Alec and Jess kept in touch with the buyer about these issues and developed a good rapport with us both. Alec & Jess - THANK YOU!! Finding a place to rent this summer was very stressful and a lot of it was because most letting agencies wouldn't even return our calls or follow up with anything, wasting a lot of our time and making us lose viewings. We were however very glad that the home we ended up renting had Lawrence Rand as their letting agent - as they were nothing like that, and we noticed it from the very first phone call. I contacted Mandeep at Lawrence Rand out of desperation due to poor service from a different agency in the area. From the very first email I sent she has been incredibly helpful and has gone very far out of her way to assist me. With my previous tenant ending up making life just about as difficult as possible for me, Mandeep managed to resolve all the issues with a calm and grace that is very impressive. Amongst other thing she arranged for a cleaner at very short notice, had extra keys cut personally, arranged for the decorators to repaint the property in no time at all and managed to find me lovely tenants to boot. It has been a long time since I have experienced such excellent customer service. She has been very pro-active and has saved me so much grief. If I could give her more than 5 starts I would do so. Since the tenants have moved in I have also been dealing with Matthew Huband. Matthew has been equally delightful to deal with, his response times to queries are super quick, he is clearly very clued up and excellent at his job. As a bonus he is charming and very pleasant to deal with. I can tell that I am in very good hands, that my property is in very good hands and just as importantly that my tenants are in good hands. I regretfully feel that we made the wrong decision in appointing this real estate agent. While they said all the right things to secure our business, such as promising, "If I don't sell it within 2-3 weeks, I am not doing my job," and saying it was very possible we could have it settled by January, the reality did not match the promises. It took nearly seven weeks to receive the first of two offers, and several more weeks for any real action from the buyers. We were well into March before we exchanged and completed.
