She met me at my home to talk about letting my property and went through all details and explained various expenses clearly. The onboarding process of tenants has been smooth and without issues. I never give 1 star every I was look to rant property from them but I they took 400pouds for secure deposit we give all perform they ask and after they are tell out guarantor to give his online banking and HMRC access they are totally lied every single calls we provide them a payslips ,bank statements,passport,everything but they just forcing us to give all our personal access so please don’t trust them they are saying it’s secure but who knows what happens someone uses your data and now you can’t trust anyone now days bank says don’t give your OTP to anyone and this people they ask you to give full online banking access and HMRC access.jayne neill and her Manager they both are forced us to give details and when we told them we can give all documents you need but we refused to give online banking access so they declined our application and they took our deposit now they are refusing to give money back as well I was renting property from 15 years and not any agency ask your online access so be careful with this guys you can’t trust to spend your money. She is so nice on fist meeting but after in every call she is saying this is ok everything is fine and then 2 days she will not contact you after she come back and say I need this and that after confirming everything done she needs only banking access.simple thing if you want to check our earnings that one you can check with our payslip and in bank statements you don’t need online banking access whatever you want this is all in this document.so guys there is lots of other agencies in uk you can go but don’t give your account details or HMRC details to anyone you don’t know how they are using your information. They will try to convince that it’s secure but you don’t know the third party when something happens no one will take responsibility everything will come to you on your behalf so be careful.

GoogleI'd like to thank Lawrence Rand for still running the Easter competition even though we were all in lockdown. It gave the children something to focus on. My daughter Sofia didn't have a copy of the entry form and we don't have access to a printer so she designed her own based on the original, thanking Key Workers for all of their hard work during this horrible time. Laura was able to include this in the competition and has even put the final masterpiece in the shop window. The communication was great between myself and Laura, such a lovely lady. Thank you again to Lawrence Rand :-) Sofia says a huge thank you, she'll enjoy spending her voucher!

GoogleWe have recently used the services of Lawrence Rand to rent a property. We consider ourselves very lucky to have had Mandeep Stewart as our estate agent. Mandeep was lovely, professional and invested from the moment when I first spoke with her over the phone until we have received the keys and completed the move. Mandeep was very helpful, very patient, answered all the questions we had regarding the process and offered invaluable guidance throughout the entire process. Communication was outstanding, the entire process went smooth and fast, which made everything less stressful. Before we found LR and Mandeep we had our good share of experiences in searching for the right place to move, and there is no doubt that by far the services received from LR and Mandeep were of the highest standard.

GoogleMy daughter entered the Easter competition which is run every year for the children to colour a beautifully designed picture. As we didn't have a template or a working printer during lockdown my daughter free handly copied the original adding a few extras to thank all of the key workers. Laura was a great help making sure all of the entries were uploaded onto the Facebook page and encouraging as many people to enter and like the pictures. Great communication and such a wonderful thing to do especially during these testing times. Thank you to all at Lawrence Rand, keep up the good work!

GoogleOnce we had a buyer for our property and had made an offer on another property (both through Lawrence Rand) we were put in contact with Leanne Worral to help manage the two moves. Almost 4 months later, we have exchanged contracts and I can honestly say that it would have been a much longer and stressful process without her at the helm. Leanne was instrumental in managing three sets of buyers, sellers and solicitors, ensuring that everyone was on the same page and moving things along to expedite every aspect of the sale and purchase. Leanne has a particular talent for saying the right thing at the right time and when certain legal aspects of the process became convoluted, hers was the calming voice who got us all through it. Not a day has gone by in the last couple of months where we have not spoken or emailed, and Leanne has become a friend and the best thing to come out of the stressful process of property buying. I cannot recommend Leanne enough as a move manager for Lawrence Rand, she deserves a lot more than 5 stars!

GoogleAs a tenant in London, I've had dealings with quite a few agencies and Lawrence Rand have been the friendliest and most professional by far. I've dealt with Mandeep, Rebecca and also Matt. They take customer satisfaction very seriously and they are considerate to tenants at viewings. Furthermore, they take Covid measures very seriously to keep the current tenants and viewers safe. An agent is assigned to a property (unlike other agencies where it's a free for all) which means they have all the information for prospective tenants and makes scheduling a lot easier for current tenants. We've had a few tricky situations with our landlords as well but Lawrence Rand have been responsive and professional throughout. Highly recommended.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
