I had a best experience with Lawrence Rand Estate & Letting Agents in Ruislip. They educated us about each step, from mortgage pre-approval to closing. Their guidance in understanding the mortgage process was particularly helpful. Probably we had a longest journey to Purchase a house. Team was very cooperative and provided valuable guidance in every step of the way. They regularly had follow-up calls and mails literally everyday with Mortgage advisers, solicitors and us to keep moving the process very hardworking people I owe them all a big thanks. I was given a task to look for house to rent for my friend and business partner. Not an easy task and best of time, estate agent can be so difficult to deal with. When I made that very call, Graham picked the phone. He was very patient with the call, normally at this point, “no on your behalf” I was told to ask the renter to call up. The opposite happened, told him which house my friend and her family wanted to view. He secured the viewing the same day. From viewing, making an offer to rent, it was very complicated, thankfully Graham was there to help, on his absence, his colleague, Mandeep would help. I can only say “this agent care about anyone who would need their help”, congratulations to have such amazing team. I accepted a flat on rent from Lawrence and Rand, but to be quite honest, I didn't think it was worth it because the day we moved in, we started having a lot of problems that Lawrence's agent was supposed to take care of before renting us a flat. However, Mr. Graham was the rudest person I have ever encountered at this company. He never even bothered to listen to others, sticking to his beliefs and wanting to prove himself correct even though he is always incorrect. On top of that, he can yell at tenants whenever he pleases. Mr Danny never have any solution for any problems. In the end, nobody is available to assist you, either. But yes, after all the trouble, we got Laura Butler, the most stunning and helpful employee at the Lawrence Rand Agency. She is, I must add, always willing to provide a hand and quickly find solutions to your difficulties. If someone would like to get in touch with Lawrence Rand, they should get in touch with Laura, the agency's kind, professional and BEST representative.

I have nothing but praise for all of the staff at the Ruislip Manor branch, with special thanks to Jamie Davies & Alec Worrall who were, and have been there for us every step of the way. Lawrence Rand at Ruislip Manor is a terrible estate agent. I have been with them for four years as tenants, they are never helpful with anything. I have left 15 days leaving the property in perfect condition, landlord is still holding my deposit with no reason. Do avoid a ground floor apartment at Garden Close, it’s a freezing and mouldy apartment and the landlord will never do anything they promised.
