I highly recommend Gibbs Gillespie, Ruislip Manor. From start to finish we were extremely impressed with the whole process. Lucy Attwood was professional, friendly and efficient. Our house was on the market for one day of Saturday viewings and we had an offer by the Monday. Danielle has been absolutely brilliant at managing out move. She has been great at communicating with us, chasing solicitors and keeping everyone informedn making the process much smoother than we anticipated. Highly recommend!

Wow.. what an amazing team to deal with in the sale of my house.. Lucy did a great job from the initial valuation right through to the completion.. Just bought a house with these guys and I've got to say, the service received from start to finish has been exceptional. From the moment we contacted them, about viewing a different house to the one we ended up buying, they've been super helpful. Initially Tony helped to recommend the property as it was similar to another we'd viewed with them, and the visit itself was a great experience. After we had the offer accepted, working with Danielle has been fantastic. Even though I understand the seller is technically their client, she was in regular contact and helped ensure we were fully aware of the situation. She offered expert advice on our situation too and nothing seemed too much - would definitely recommend these guys and I'm sure if we do sell at some point in the future, they'd be the first call we make!!

After owning our first house in Ruislip for 26yrs we sadly decided to put the house on the market, sell up and move to the south coast. This was a big decision as my wife and I had strong emotional ties with the house after many happy years raising the children therefore, it was important to find an Estate Agent that could empathise with our situation. We got it spot on when we engaged Gibbs Gillespie and Tony Brick leading the Sales team. Tony provided calm logical advice to guide us through the process (we have never sold a house before) He made us feel like part of the team, working together for joint success. We found Tony to be very professional and an excellent communicator. Gibbs are always a joy to deal with and personally I've worked with them a few times in the past on multiple sales. For this particular transaction, we openly had to set a new record for the road/area, which isn't easy. However Lucy and the Gibbs team did a great job at marketing our beautiful home, organizing viewings (especially during COVID times) and handling the first round of viewings. They also did a great job at putting up with me and put the hours in understand the property and our goals. Unfortunately, I could not leave a no-star rating! My experience has been shockingly bad. The buyers completely screwed up the chain, because they are nothing but sharks looking to rip people off. They have led the chain a merry dance and then let the whole thing crumble, costing people a lot of money along the way. Why Gibbs let this happen is totally beyond me, in fact I feel like they facilitated it! Shame on you.
