8NH we liked the flat a lot and accepted the price without any negotiation but the state agent said that we need to put an offer and we put the same offer requested and we have been waiting for more than 3 weeks with no reply from the landlord or the agency we called them daily asking if there’s any updates and they kept saying they didn’t get any answer from the landlord !!! What we are sure of that the landlord and the agency is a bit racist choosing the tenants based on religion and country and because we are Muslims the did not accept us to sign for this property or even another property I put an offer as well for it and same situation repeated twice !! That’s so shameful to happen in the UK will never deal with them again

I have investigated the points you have raised and can confirm that we received multiple offers on the 2 properties you had registered your interest in.
All the offers were put forward to our Landlords in their entirety and they decided which party they wanted us to proceed with. As they are our clients, we are obliged to follow their instructions.
However, I can categorically confirm that in both instances "race", as you state in your comments, did not factor into their decisions.
Gibbs Gillespie do not discriminate against anyone. If we were to face a client who stipulated restrictions based on religion, race, sexual orientation or gender expression, we would not act on their behalf.
We are keen to secure you a new property and have left you a message for you to discuss alternative properties.

During a difficult period which included the Brexit vote, US elections then the usual down time for Xmas and new year, the team outperformed my expectations. I was extremely impressed with the Ruislip Manor office and in particular with the Sales and Marketing manager,George Callaghan.We were kept informed about viewings and the process in establishing a sensible offer. We accepted slightly less than the guide price to secure the right purchaser and we were happy to accept Georges recommendation.
