My house has just been sold and during the last few months I have had the pleasure of having contact with Tommy and Danielle at Gibbs Gillespie (Ruislip Manor). This is the first house where I have been the seller so the procedure was unknown to me - I was full of questions and uncertainties but through patience (theirs not mine), kindness and of their highly professional nature they led me through all the necessary steps. Always in contact with me and were quick to reply to any questions that I had. I fell very grateful that it was them that I went to sell my house

Having recently bought and sold through Gibbs Gillespie I found that the whole team and the whole experience quite refreshing. I sold a property in 2007 and my experience with my chosen estate agent at the time was horrendous, they just didn't deliver what they promised. I recently sold my home through Gibbs Gillespie in Ruislip Manor. I cannot fault the service and professionalism i got from all of the staff . My first contact was with Tom Halt. Tom talked me through the whole process and kept in touch with me and updated me all the way through the sale . Tony, Jordan and Haroun where fantastic with viewings. I was particularly worried about having people in the house with the covid pandemic around, but they where totally understanding of my anxieties and ensured that all precautions where always followed. Once I had accepted an offer on the house Danielle took care of the the rest of the sale process right through to exchange and completion. Danielle has kept me up to date with everything and did a fantastic job of liaising between myself, solicitors and other buyers in the chain. Gibbs in the Manor seem to have a great system to handle the whole home sale process and it is managed by a great team of people who work so well together to deliver results and customer satisfaction. Absolutely appalling, we had a appointment to view the property, but the assistant got no knowledge of the property, she said all I know this is a ex rented property, I asked does it have a dedicated car park , her answer was I guess so ,and she didn’t show me the car park she said it must be one of them around the corner. Then I asked is this a sharing garden her answer was I guess so , again she said all I was told this is an ex rented property Above all there was one Guy from the office rung me next day to ask how did it go , when I told him all the story , he offer no apology, and he simply said , sir she only work for us during the weekend , and banged the phone , the time was 10.55 am on 08.02.2020 please check your telephone records , charming customer service
