Jordan was great at knowing the property we were buying and gave us a lot of information at our second viewing. Danielle being our move manager was an absolute star, she was very responsive and came back to our questions and any queries quickly and efficiently. She even answered questions that we had for our solicitor and saved us time trying to chase him. We bought our house during a very busy time where everyone else involved took days to come back to us, but the team at Ruislip Manor came back to us straight away and we were always able to speak to Danielle on the phone when we needed to. She gave us a lot of confidence and and was always happy to help. Tom was also very helpful and it was a pleasure to meet all the team in person when we picked up the keys to our new home!

We did run into multiple issues during the sale, this was due from the sellers side but Oliver really went above and beyond to help get this sale through. The service I received from Tom at Gibbs Gillespie when selling was outstanding. It was a very emotional time for my brother and I as we has sadly lost our parents in the past year and this was the home they lived in for 25+ years where we had so many memories as a family. We didn't know Ruislip that well when we had to sell a cousin's house so choosing an estate agent was not easy. However, by good luck, we chose Gibbs Gillespie and have been so pleased we did. From the word go Lucy and her team were fantastic. They were highly efficient from the very outset when we needed a probate valuation through to taking their advice on selling as soon as the Covid 19 restrictions were eased in late May. The house sold in less than a week and what really impressed us was the excellent communication from both Lucy and Danielle. As far as estate agents go, I have had a decent experience with this estate agent. Tom Halt who was running our sale was very good, importantly responsive, answering emails promptly and genuinly good at what he does. The whole process took almost five months with plenty of setbacks so fair play to Tom and his team for pushing the deal over the line, we are now exchanged and looking forward to completion.
