The team at the Ruislip Manor office headed by Oliver Squires were fantastic. I found a place that I loved before I even put my place on the market. Oliver was able to get my existing property on the market quickly, and with his hard-working team arranged many viewings within days, securing me a buyer in just over a week! Oliver was very reliable in passing communications between myself and my buyer/vendor, and was pro-active in chasing people up and contacting me whenever there were problems.

Decided to sell our property with Gibbs as a result of my initial interactions with Jamie, the sales manager, who had a really refreshing approach and was more than happy to answer the numerous queries I had during the early stages of the transaction. We are very glad we did, having received excellent service from then on from the whole team at Ruislip Manor. We haven't felt any of the stereotypical frustrations, under pressure at any stage, and have always been responded to in a professional and timely manner. They had us a buyer for our property in just over a week, and coincidentally had the exact type of property we were looking for on their books, of which we have now progressed with after some sound advice from Rosie. We have also decided to use the conveyancing company and mortgage advisors which the team at Gibbs work closely with and have encountered equally efficient service from both. Very big Thank you to Lucy for our near purchase of my first house. She is a pleasure to deal and very can do, hands on attitude. I had cancel my appointment time at short notice and she managed to reschedule appropriately at my request. My wife then went to view the property 2 days later and again Lucy went out of her way to arrange an appointment when it was convenient for us. Most agents I have dealt with give you a set time and you either take it or leave. Without Lucy's enthusiastic , quick and excellent approach to matters things could have dragged on and on but are the complete opposite. Cannot thank her enough and highly recommend clients dealing with her.

Well I have finally sold my house in Ruislip thanks to Stephen Ryan and his team at Gibbs Gillespie Ruislip Manor. I had tried two other agents and the first of those found me three separate buyers. Unfortunately 2 were not vetted properly and I had to pull the plug. Sandwiched between was a genuine buyer who simply had second thoughts after bringing her Mum to take a look. Then I tried another agent who could not find any interested parties at all. In frustration I turned back to Gibbs Gillespie through whom we had originally purchased the house in 2006. No fuss and hiding his obvious disappointment to have been 3rd Choice, Stephen signed me up at favourable terms, arranged an open day or two and despite some hick ups, had my house sold in what now seems no time at all. Stephen and all his staff all handled my calls and emails promptly and with professionalism and courtesy. In hindsight, I should have gone with Gibbs Gillespie from the outset as they have once again proven why they are known as the best Estate Agents in the area. We contacted Gibbs Gillespie on 2nd April following a protracted and deteriorating experience with our existing buyer where time was rapidly running out as we were buying a new build which had its own time restrictions. Steve Ryan from Ruislip Manor office visited us and we were immediately impressed by his attention to detail and his understanding of the requirements of our situation. After his valuation Steve arranged for his team to visit our home to ensure each member was familiar with the property they were selling. We were very impressed with everyone’s friendliness and professionalism. All of their potential buyers who viewed our home had already been prepared with our situation and were in a position to react accordingly. Within four weeks our ideal couple viewed our home and we were happy to accept their offer of the full asking price. I was assigned to George who gave me the reassurance & confidence that the property would be sold.
