Gibbs Gillespie Ruislip Manor, in particular Tom, Tony & Jordan provided a first class service in the sale of my late mother’s house. From the beginning I felt I was dealing with a professional agent and I wasn’t disappointed. The team at Ruislip Manor were by far the best estate agent I have ever dealt with. They helped and advised me from start to finish, regularly updating me on the progress. I was very impressed with Tom and Danielle in the whole process of selling my parents' home. Tom was very polite and knowledgeable of properties in the area and I had every confidence he would be able to achieve a sale at a good price. This he did, with 3 offers either at or above my asking price. Danielle was also very polite and knowledgeable and provided regular updates of how the sale was progressing. We used Gibbs Gillespie as the sole agents to sell our property. We initially dealt with Oliver Squires for the valuation. Once this was completed we signed up to them so they could market our property. Throughout the whole process of marketing, viewings etc etc Oliver and his staff have shown utter professionalism at all times whilst also supporting us due to the ongoing issues we had finding a property in southern England. My partner and I purchased our first dream home last week and we couldn’t have asked for a better agent than Gibbs. The staff are really friendly which made the process a pleasant one. Throughout the whole process, from when we started the viewings right through to completion, they have been extremely helpful and professional. Oliver was proactive in keeping us in the loop between us making the offer right through to the end. I found this extremely useful as I was able to plan appropriately for the move. This is a good reflection of how much they value their customers. There was a point where my solicitor had forgotten to raise a material query with the seller’s solicitor. This could have delayed the exchange date significantly but Oliver was able to resolve this within 2 days, by keeping both sides up to date. I appreciated his support in resolving that query- this is important when making large purchases as such. Additionally, Oliver would make himself available for queries regardless of how busy the branch was due to the stamp duty holiday. This demonstrates the high quality of customer service you would be getting when purchasing/selling through Gibbs.

Gibbs are surely a trusted advisor. Lucy Attwood was in touch with us for a few years and always provided honest advice which made us choose Gibbs over the other agents. Lucy also took ownership of the end to end process and was always a phone call away when we needed her advice or guidance. Oliver Squires guided us through the sale / purchase journey and he’s been extremely helpful, especially as we had lots of ups and downs in our sale / purchase process. The chain almost fell through twice. Oliver worked tenaciously and negotiated really well with all the parties to come up with win-win solutions for everyone in the chain. Oliver’s ability to come up with ideas in difficult and tricky situations played a huge role in getting us to the point of completion. Asked to view a few houses for a couple and toddler 17 months. The house was spacious 1 bedroom but I wouldn't be able to view any of it because the shared household income is either higher and the price i wanna rent is lower priced.
