After selling my property in a different area with a different estate agency and not having a very good experience I then encountered Gibbs Gillespie. Josh who I initially dealt with, got me in to see properties, was always friendly and a delight to talk to on the phone. When we decided to put an offer in on a property it was then that I met Luke. His happy face and enthusiasm was instantly noticed. He was ultimately there to sell the property but it almost didn't feel like that. At the end of the day I knew I was putting in an offer so I didn't need to be pushed which I had felt before by other agencies. Luke let us take our time to look around the property, it wasn't in, out, and make your mind up like other agencies. He pointed things out to us which I'd never thought of and also told me what other people had done in the area. No question was a problem for him and he was happy to answer anything. I have had conversations with Luke regarding the property on the phone since having my offer accepted and he is always helpful. If I ever sell again it will be Luke that I will be seeking out.
