We chose this company to sell our house based on the presentation given by Lucy Attwood. Lucy was helpful throughout the whole process and even explained some of the things we couldn't understand with regards to the property we were purchasing. Dannielle Bell was also very helpful and knowledgeable too and offered suggestions with regards to removal firms. At all times we felt they listened to us, and they did not put pressure on us, overall we would be more than happy to recommend this company.

Gibbs were fantastic as we faced a battle to sell our flat in a tough economic climate. Thanks to their impressive database and local knowledge they bought forward plenty of interested parties and viewings, helping us to secure a buyer. The worst estatge agents I have ever worked with. I am a Doctor in the NHS and after putting an offer down on a property, I was constantly having to call back and take time out of my clinic to get an update and was always told the Manager would call back, but never did. This happened 4 times. I then called on Saturday and explained my frustration and how I was promised a call back multiple times and wanted an update. I was then assured that I would get a call back on Monday. That was a week ago... I can now see the property is sold and not once was I informed or given an update that I asked for countless times. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Will never go through Gibbs Gillespie again.

It wasn’t the most straight forward of transactions and involved some negotiation between the parties but Danielle kept us all informed and held the transaction together.
