We found Ian Smith by chance, as he was the Horts agent for a property we were interested in initially. We found his professional knowledge and candour 2nd to none, so we used Ian to sell our bungalow. Long story short, we have finally moved into our new property. It has been an interesting year a few ups and downs, however lan was always been contactable and returned messages in a timely manner. We can give no further praise other than highly recommend him.
