Spencer of Horts made the whole house sale run very smooth and just before the lockdown. We had some difficult times a few weeks before the sale and we feel that Spencer really did his job and supported us. If I was to sell my house again or buy I would feel very comfortable with Spencer of Horts helping us to do this. I cant give Spencer any more credit as he has Supported us to get the house that we wanted in a very difficult time and been very realistic with the process with the house sale. We recently sold our house through Horts. We found them to be most professional and not full of the usual "estate agent" hyperbole one often comes across. Ben Street was personable and trustworthy, offering sensible and realistic advice and was invaluable in negotiations, liaising with our buyers and solicitors alike. Phillipa acted with exemplary professionalism from the first phone call requesting a valuation to the last one where she confirmed that we had completed on the sale. We were impressed with the background research that Phillipa undertook before even visiting the house and that she consistently, and proactively, thought outside the box for solutions to issues as they arose. Acting as the four executors of our Mothers Will, living up to 2 hours away, putting the house on the market during the Covid Pandemic and having the chain fall through twice, my sisters and I needed the calm voice of experience and advice that Phillipa provides many times. We feel very lucky to have found someone who has years of solid experience and knowledge who could also seemlessly embrace new ways of working and marketing during the pandemic. In our case this included a fabulous drone video and still images which were perfect to show the extent of the property and grounds. We recommend her services as an estate agent without reservation.
