GoogleUsed Horts for the sale of my mothers house. Ian (Smith) was very helpful in putting it up for sale, we got a good (but fair) price for the property. He and Denise have really earned their fee in chasing solictiors and working hard to get the sale completed. If I had another property to sell I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

It was therefore an easy decision to make to appoint them the agent to market, rent then manage our rental house. As first time landlords Horts provided us with the guidance and support we needed and took us through the steps we were required to take before letting our property. GoogleSold our house 4 times!! Through what proved to be a fairly testing time (with buyers saying "We'll take it! Take it off the market!!" to then finding another property they prefered a month down the line and withdrawing their offer!) the team at Horts always kept us in the loop and kept on top of proceedings throughout each sale. Great service, would recommend.

People don’t always do what they say they’re going to do. Anyway, glad we were there to hold your hand through the process and hopefully keep the stress levels down.

GoogleThe team at Horts did a very effective job of selling our house. They were bold in their pricing but acheived a very good price for us and managed all the different viewings effectively. They continued to follow up the sale through to completion, always anwering queries or returning our calls promptly. We were very impressed with them and would use them again.

Googleno consideration towards neighbours , from a two loose ridge tiles on the roof that could be done in 2 hours at £200 cost, they ended up with the entire roof ripped for unnecessary work costing almost 9k, all this on Easter holiday …
