GoogleI previously put my property in the market through Horts and they gave good service but when I couldn’t managed to find property to move in, buyer of my property pulled out and I wanted to change the agent then I faced issue with Horts where they wanted me to stay with them as in the contract it was mentioned cancellation time 14 days.

FacebookHave used Horts, Ian, several times for my move and my mums. He is a real "good guy" does over and above for his clients. He listens to what you want and gives good advice. His after care is second to none. Would highly recommend 10/10.

GoogleI've recently used Horts Estate Agency for both selling my property and also buying a new one at the same time. This was my first experience of undertaking both of these activities, but I have to say that working with Horts made the whole experience seem smooth and much less stressful than what I was led to believe moving house would be. I found the staff all very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, proactive and eager to please. With guidance and support of each stage of the processes, Horts kept me informed and moving along in an efficient and timely manner, without being pushy or aggressive like you sometimes hear estate agencies being. Overall, I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone considering Horts as their choice for moving house, either buying, selling, or like me, both! Very pleased with my experience! AA+++

FacebookAlbeit I have not rented through them. The communication is second to none in rugby. They answer calls and get you in for a viewing ASAP and very accommodating. Dorian - top bloke and doesn’t mess you around unlike some. Landlords and tenants these guys are good.

GoogleAbsolutely shocking service. Rude staff, abrupt and generally uncaring. You'd think theyd want to be pleasant trying to get you to buy/let off of them, but this is not the case. Avoid at all costs.

GoogleAll the agent cared about was earning his commission for as little work as possible.
I’m sorry you feel that our charges are excessive and think that we don’t do much for our money. Our charge, for Let Only landlords, is 75% of the first month’s rent. This payment enables us to: produce a full set of particulars, advertise the property on Rightmove, Zoopla and Horts.co.uk, accompany all viewings until a suitable tenant is found, carry out all relevant references on the successful tenant, prepare contracts, take the first month’s rent and deposit and then lodge it on your behalf with the DPS. As your property was not compliant with current regulations we even got involved by using our own trade contacts in order to put this right for you. We did not charge any extra for this or add anything to the trade people’s invoice as some other agents do.
