We were first time buyers and lan was our estate agent. Good service from Ian and team overall, prompt, good communication and nothing ever too much trouble. I liked how Ian didn't allow gazumping with his very straight approach around offers. Very satisfied and would highly recommend Ian and Horts to anyone buying or selling. Worth also saying we viewed a few properties with Damian at Horts prior to our purchase. Very friendly and a great bunch of people. Thank you Ian, and will be using Horts again in the future if we ever move house!

Ian Smith from Horts is a very professional honest hardworking person who went out of his way to help me sell my place especially since I had a very troublesome tenant in the property, managed by another Estate Agent. What makes Ian so outstanding is that he helped me negotiate with the difficult tenant even though another Estate agent was managing it for me. He felt my pain of having an abusive tenant who did not pay rent for 6 months and helped me so much that words cannot describe his efforts in such a selfish world. I highly recommend Ian as he is a man if his word who aims to please his customers and was kind enough to keep me posted every step of the way along the sales chain. Ian is one in a million and dedicated to his profession like no other I've experienced.
