After a recent stressful time with having to find a new home for my family, I cannot recommend Dunedin Sales and Lettings high enough. They have all been so helpful and caring though out the process of me finding a home from the application process, references to the finalMoving in date. Would like to give a special recommendation to Nikki. She worked tirelessly to help us secure our new home. I can’t speak highly enugh about Nikki from Dunedin and the rest of the team. After being let down by another letting company Nikki helped us find a rental property at short notice. She kept in constant telephone or email communication with us every step of the way and went out of her way on contract signing day the help smooth out some teething problems with our landlord. I would definitely recommend Dunedin after they made our move a positive experience.

We were looking for a house to rent in the local area, we were found one very quickly by Kelly and Wayne at wisemove. The transaction went very smoothly and the house is just what we needed. Appointments were kept and our application was completed in a timely fashion. They are always well presented and their offices in Rubery are light and modern. My husband and I were delighted with the service we have received thus far and recommended their services to a friend who wanted to sell his house in Rednal, within 24 hours of the house being on the market it was sold! I had the misfortune of dealing with Penny, the so-called manager, and her rude, unprofessional attitude was absolutely appalling. I called to inquire about a property and asked about a viewing for the next day, to which she responded in an extremely rude manner, saying I couldn't book for tomorrow. Fine. But when I called back to explain I’d be in the area for other viewings and asked for a simple 5-minute slot, she interrupted me and rudely raised her voice, repeating the same nonsense. If this is how they treat potential buyers, I have no idea how they even stay in business. This company clearly has zero interest in actually selling properties or treating their customers with basic respect. If you're looking for unprofessionalism and attitude, Penny and this company are perfect for you. Otherwise, stay far away! Additionally to the owner of the house on St Heliers road B31 I just want to make you aware this is how the company are dealing on your behalf for potential buyers I recommend withdrawing from their services.

Manager Penny of the rubery dunedin estate agents is one of the rudest people I've ever had the misfortune of talking to, we were messed around for weeks told we had a property by one of her employees and when we were going to hand our IDs in penny rang my partner questioning her about finances and quite rudely said she will never get a property with them as we can't afford it but she had not seen any wage slips or employment information, she is unreasonable and rude

Dunedin Lettings are absolutely horrendous. Had the worst experience of my entire existence, services are terrible and abysmal. Rented a house through them in Rubery, Birmingham. The house was dirty and we had to clean ourselves, big heap of rubbish in front of the house, that we had to get rid of ourselves, before moving in. Their staff are rude, lack empathy and devoid of basic human decency. Three (3) months after moving out of the house, I am still getting text messages from PAYPROP, their payment system, telling me to pay my “overdue rent”. This is borderline harassment at this point and it depicts their classical lackadaisical attitude I received throughout my tenancy. Finally, they also tried to withhold my deposit for no justifiable reason. Rent through them at your own peril.

***RUN AWAY- TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE*** I strongly advise against working with this company. After wasting two weeks on endless checks and requests, they asked both my husband and me to view the property separately. They demanded upfront rent for the property and refused to provide even basic amenities like a cooker for the empty house. Worse, they asked for additional deposits after we agreed to their terms, and kept us waiting until our current lease was about to expire. Communication with them was abysmal; even simple requests took a day or more for a response. Despite having an informal agreement and making an upfront payment, they ultimately refused to finalize the deal because we were on visas, a fact they were well aware of before taking our money. The manager, Pennywise, was incredibly rude and arrogant, a character straight out of a horror movie. They treated us with utter disrespect, making us feel like scammers or freeloaders, even after we provided all necessary financial evidence and agreed to their demands. This experience was beyond frustrating and has left us feeling completely traumatized. I cannot stress enough how disappointed and disgusted I am with the entire ordeal. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company.
