We had an amazing experience with Dunedin. Nikki looked after us and helped us find our dream home. She kept us informed all the way and is such a lovely lady. Thank you so much. We had to move again due to the landlord selling the property we were in, again Nikki and the team couldn't do enough to find us another home that suited us. It was a difficult transition from one Tennancy to another but any issue we had were resolved and is now all sorted. We have been in our new property for 1 month and there is some work required which we reported the first week which has still not been done. Hopefully this will be resolved soon as we have someone visiting Tuesday.

Honestly I can’t thank Nikki and the team for helping us get our dream home we fell in love with this house and Nikki went above and beyond to do everything in her power to secure us this house so for that a can’t thank her enough. She was so friendly and approachable and simply amazing with my little boy who fell in love with her to the point that when we collected our keys we wanted to give her a hug and blow her a kiss before we left. Honestly if your looking for an estate agent or letting agent I can’t recommend Nikki and the team enough we finally found a forever home and for that I will be eternally grateful.

From the moment we walked into Dunedin the staff and Nikki were very welcoming. Nikki was very helpful and friendly to us and understood and listened to our struggles finding a rental property. She also managed to book us for a viewing and also gave us her email and contact number for when we needed more help. Even though we did go ahead with another property from another agency. The team at Dunedin were absolutely amazing!!! For a rather stressful time for me and my family the team at Dunedin were nothing short of incredible. From the day we initially viewed the property to the day we picked up the keys Nikki was nothing but brilliant!!! Friendly and approachable at all times in what also seemed a busy estate agents, Nikki went above and beyond more than once to ensure we were happy and informed about our move at all times. I’ve never had such a pleasant experience dealing with a house move and I don’t think I will get a better one. They wasn’t only helpful to me and my partner with organising the move but they were also amazing with my three children when we had to go down and sort the boring stuff out. I highly recommend using Dunedin to anybody. I couldn’t be more grateful for everything Nikki did and the patience she showed in what was a very quick transition. The best estate agent in Rubery! I cannot recommend Dunedin enough! From viewing a property to completion day, nothing was too much trouble and the whole team were happy to help. We were in a particularly long and difficult chain, and they went above and beyond to ensure the chain didn't collapse.
