Moving home can be such a stressful time for all parties involved, and the help we had from the guys at Dunedin made such a difference. I've got to say how impressed we were with Sadie, Stephanie and the team, as they kept us well informed at all stages, and made the process painless. Fantastic Company. I made my initial contact through RightMove and was very quickly contacted by Nikki who booked in a viewing for me. Nikki was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process and kept me updated consistently. Nikki was so reassuring, supportive and helpful throughout the process and got me moved in within less than a week of my initial contact. She was there on the day to handover the keys and to ensure I was happy with my rental property. We had a minor issue with the property on the day (completely out of Nikki’s hands), but Nikki personally ensured this was sorted and waited with me until it was, customer service at its finest. This demonstrates to me that I have made the right choice in renting with Dunedin and has reassured me that there will always be help and support available if needed. I would fully recommend Dunedin and Nikki is a true asset to the company. I am so happy Nikki and Dunedin have found me my dream home. I have to say that this estate agents have been brilliant. I have had a lot of dealings with other locations estate agents which have been awful! However, Dunedin have been brilliant and this is why. My estate agent Sadie has been extremely supportive and very realistic. She comes with years of experience and tells you the realistic outcomes of a sale. Upfront about everything and is very clear. No pie in the sky promises which I really appreciate. She was also available to talk through the process with me whenever needed. I had lots of concerns as it’s the first time I have sold a house. Everyone is extremely friendly and they follow through. If they say they will contact you they will. I would advise this company and Sadie personally, a thousand times over.

The first time my partner and I have been looking for a rental property to call home together, and one of the first viewings we had was with Nikki. Although we opted not to go with the property in the end, after withdrawing our application, I feel I must leave a review to say how fantastic Nikki was! Communication and updates were regular and always at convenient times, always very friendly and relaxed over the phone, and a pleasure to deal with in person. Nikki really made us feel comfortable with the whole process, able to answer and explain any of our questions, and in a way that showed she really did care about us and our decisions. With a personable approach as opposed to the very corporate business style often found with estate agents, I felt immediately trusting and welcomed by Nikki. We are in the process of applying for another property, but if anything falls through, I truly hope Dunedin have something suitable on their books, and hope to deal with Nikki again. Thank you.
